Application to Realize Gains
01. Purpose
Form SELL-01 establishes a consistent procedure for the consideration of individual profit. The existence of a sell control does not supersede the application process.
02. Preparation
The application contains 100 questions in eleven sections. Two sections request written statements. Set aside sufficient time to describe circumstances that may initially appear self-explanatory.
03. Information required
Use an applicant alias and non-identifying estimates. Do not enter legal names, wallet addresses, identity documents, or financial account details. Unknown and Not applicable responses are available where relevant.
04. Saving your application
Answers are saved in this browser. Download an application backup to retain a portable copy or move between devices. Clearing browser storage removes local applications.
05. Submission
All required responses must be complete. A successful submission produces a receipt and reference number. The authorization status remains PENDING APPROVAL.
06. Status enquiries
Consult your saved application status. Repeated enquiries do not establish priority, although they provide evidence of sustained interest in the process.
