Notice of Unauthorized Financial Independence

01. Notice

The Committee has been informed of a financial decision for which the expected sequence of consideration cannot be located.

02. Clarification requested

Please indicate whether the decision was made independently, inadvertently, or under the assumption that ownership was sufficient.

03. Administrative response

The Committee requests a written account of the reasoning employed. Explaining that the matter was personal does not assist in identifying the applicable department.

04. Record status

Pending clarification. The absence of a located authorization must not be confused with the absence of an authorization process.
